Sixth Grade Students attending Charles A. Mulligan Elementary School celebrated their Moving Up & Awards Ceremony on June 25. Mulligan Elementary Principal Dr. Tracy Hudson welcomed families and friends of the 6th Grade Class, then introduced Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum & Instruction Sharon A. Dungee who offered a keynote message. Reed Middle School Assistant Principal Donald Bahr spoke with the students about the numerous programs and activities they have to look forward to as well as the new and added responsibilities as they become middle school students. School Board Members William G. Softy and Glenn C. Mitchell joined the administration, faculty, staff and families to celebrate the 6th graders' moving up and awards ceremony. The Board of Education, Administration, Faculty and Staff congratulate the 6th Grade Class of the Mulligan Elementary School on their many accomplishments and wish them best wishes as they move up to the Reed Middle School.
